U.S. Army looking for attempted child abductor

Fort Hood, TX — The U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command has released a sketching of a man they say tried to abduct a child on the base of Fort Hood back in February.
Take a look.
Officials say the man is black, around 50-years old.
He is roughly 5'10" with an average build.
One unique detail is a tattoo on the right side of his forehead.
He was driving a dark-colored, newer model four-door Mercedes Benz sedan.
The incident occurred on February 15th in the Liberty Village area.
Authorities are offering a thousand-dollar reward leading to an arrest.
