WACO -- A new health care bill could put abortion clinics in a tight spot.
Governor Perry is expected to sign a bill that includes massive cuts to any groups that provide abortions.
But local places like planned parenthood say this move is to defund the organization.
And some say this could potentially leave thousands of patients without any health care.
Many central Texans go to these facilities for basic exams and now with funding cuts those people won't be getting health care at all.
The loss of funds are estimated in the millions.
