A&M student dies in car accident

COLLEGE STATION -- A college student at Texas A&M died late last night after his truck left the roadway.

22-year old Jacob Hughes, drove off a Brazos County road around ten thirty last night. He was driving on I&GN Road when he left the roadway, overcorrected and then rolled down an embankment. His truck landed on its roof, pinning Hughes inside the vehicle.

Hughes was pronounced dead on the scene. It's unclear if he was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident.
