Another lottery winner strikes it rich last Saturday, just days after a woman won 2.5 million dollars, from a store down the road.
On Saturday night, a man purchased a ticket worth 250,000 dollars from Mama Lena's Pizza and Subs, in Lacy Lakeview, on New Dallas Highway. The store owner says the man is a regular customer, who was shocked when he found out he was a winner..
The store is eligible for a cash prize just for selling the ticket, but Pattie Hardy, the store owner, says she is not sure how much money that could be. She says he business has been fairly steady, and has not noticed a huge increase in the amount of lottery tickets sold.
Hardy says the winning customer will go to the Texas Lottery Commission in Austin or Fort Worth, to redeem his prize.
