BRYAN -- A Bryan DPS officer turns himself into authorities after he was indicted by a Brazos County grand jury for making a terroristic threat.

28 year-old, James Willis, was booked into the Brazos County Jail Monday afternoon.

The charge stems from a road-rage incident in June where Willis had a disagreement with another driver while off-duty.

Willis is suspended with pay pending the outcome of his case.
