BRYAN -- After spending two months behind bars a Bryan man, who's been charged with murder, is now out after posting $82,000 bond.

18-year-old, Travis Alan Carroll, was arrested in October after the shooting death of 19-year-old Billy Joe Menard Junior.

According to police Carroll and two others, Clayton Thompson and Christopher Hernandez, went to Menard's home on the night of the 13th and shot him through his door over a bad drug deal.

Thompson and Hernandez, who are also charged with murder, are still in jail.

All three men were indicted by a grand jury earlier this month.
