A former home health care worker in Waco was arrested Sunday morning, after she reportedly stole a former patients car, and caused the elderly man pain.

Police say Yolanda Renovato went to the 74 year old mans apartment, at the 5100 block of Hawthorne, and asked to borrow his car. When the man refused, Renovato took his keys from him, causing him to fall.

Three hours later, police arrested the woman in her home, and recovered the mans vehicle.

She was booked into McLennan County Jail with a 15,000 dollar bond.
