FORT HOOD -- Maj. Nidal Hasan returned to court for the Article 32 hearing to determine if he will stand trial for the shooting last year at Fort Hood. The defense did not present any evidence in Monday's three minute court appearance. Hasan said he did not want to make a statement when asked by investigating officer, Col. Pohl, if he wished to make a statement.
Hasan is charged with 13 counts of pre-meditated murder and 32 counts of attempted pre-meditated murder. Neither side offered closing statements.
