HILL COUNTY -- Gruesome details in the murder of 24-year-old Christopher Neal Beckham of Milford.
Police say a fight between two sets of brothers ended with Beckham being dragged by the neck behind a truck for four to five minutes.
Police say it happened when a night of drinking and playing pool progressed from a verbal altercation to a physical fight that ended in one of the brother's brutal death.
Just Thursday, Hill County Sheriff's Office found the body of Christopher Beckham in a field off Hill County Road 34-25 near Hillsboro.
Wen police showed up at the victim's home, they met with his brother, 25-year-old Marcus Beckham, 32-year-old Raymond Scott Harrington and 23-year-old Raymond George Harrington.
Those three men admitted to being with the victim just before he died.
The victim's brother, Marcus Beckham confessed, saying a strap was wrapped around his brother's neck and tied to the bumper of a vehicle.
Christopher Beckham was then dragged behind the vehicle.
Police say the injuries on the victim were consistent with being dragged, especially on the face, neck, upper body and hands.
The three men are being held in the Hill County Jail and an autopsy has been ordered.
