WACO -- A Waco man responsible for babysitting an infant is now in jail after the mother returned home and found her infant's blood alcohol level was three times higher than the legal driving limit.
On December 8, 27-year-old William Webb was babysitting an infant boy at a North Waco home.
When the baby's mother returned home from work she took the baby to the hospital after noticing he wasn't responding normally and that's when doctors discovered he's blood alcohol level was .291 which led to respiratory failure.
Webb is charged with injury to a child and faces an additional charge of making a terroristic threat.
No word on the condition of the infant.
