Man indicted for accident that left two injured

WACO -- A man accused of shooting two Waco men in July has been indicted for attempted capital murder.

61-year-old Richard Blake Ray of Benbrook is charged with attempted capital murder for the July 24 shooting at Hobbs Bonded Fibers that left Andrew Hobbs of Benbrook and Bobby Stephens of Waco injured.

Ray is actually Hobbs's father-in-law and has worked part-time for Hobbs's medical equipment company.
