Police arrest 2010 Mother's Day Murder suspect
BRYAN -- Bryan police have arrested one of their top most wanted.
20-year-old Jose Castillo is the last of five suspects arrested for his suspected involvement in last year's Mother's Day Murder of 17-year-old Christopher Hutchson.
He is charged with organized crime and several other charges. Police found him in Groesbeck.
Once stopped by police, Castillo gave a false name to the officer, but was eventually arrested.
He is in Brazos County jail with a $200,000 bond.
Manuel Guzman was arrested on May 12, 2010 for organized criminal activity along with Joey Reyes on May 13, 2010 also for organized criminal activity and for evading arrest.
Johnathan Orta was arrested on June 22, 2010 by U.S. Marshalls for murder and organized criminal activity. Jacob Hernandez was arrested on July 12, 2010 for organized criminal activity.
