If you have an outstanding fine with any Law Enforcement Agencies in the State of Texas, a Warrant may be pending for your arrest. Beginning Monday, March 7, 2011, the Temple Police Department will join over 250 other law enforcement agencies throughout the State of Texas to combine forces in actively searching for you and others who have failed to pay their fines. If you have outstanding warrants and fines, police will arrest you at your home, place of business or wherever you may be found.

To avoid being arrested and the possible loss of rights for renewal of your Driver’s License, you must act immediately, and pay the fine before March 7th.

If you know that you have an outstanding traffic warrant in the City of Temple, come to the Municipal Court at 401 North 3rd Street, or call 254-298-5687 for information on how and where to pay the fine(s).

Act Now ………. BEFORE the law catches up with you.

Note: You will not be arrested at the Municipal Court if you go there voluntarily, to make attempts to meet your obligation.
