Two men accused of sexually assaulting a witness in Sturdivant case indicted

WACO -- Two men are indicted for sexually assaulting a witness in the trial of Joyce Sturdivant, charged with killing her husband.
30-year-old's Carlos Garcia and Christopher Taylor of Waco, were reportedly hired to kill Joe Sturdivant, an auto repair shop owner, back in 2008.
They're accused of sexually assaulting a witness who testified in the case.
The victim says she was retrieving diamond rings that belonged to Joyce Sturdivant from the two men when they sexually assaulted her while holding a gun to her head.
Both Garcia and Taylor face felony aggravated sexual assault charges.
