A Florida woman was indicted yesterday, after being caught selling counterfeit designer wallets, purses, and jewelry, at the Heart O' Texas Fair and Rodeo.

Ping Jiao had a vending contract through Extraco Event Center, to sell the merchandise, and broke the unlawful distribution portion of the contract. President of the Extraco Event Center, Wes Allison, says that they will make additions to vending contracts to assist with this problem in the future.

Allison says buyers did not complain about their purchases from Ms. Jiao, police were only conducting a routine "sting". Ms. Jiao was arrested at the fair, now facing a second-degree felony trademark counterfeiting charge.

Jiao is now out on a 4000 dollar bond. Her arraignment is set for December 3rd at 9:30. Attorney's say that more information will not be released until further investigation.
