Cape Canaveral, FL — SpaceX is ready for launch after weather forecasters have said Friday's launch condition will be favorable.
The private company, who tests rockets in McGregor just outside of Waco, will be carrying 1,200 pounds of supplies to the six crewmembers aboard the International Space Station.
The Falcon 9 rocket will be doing the work.
It is an unmanned, robotic spacecraft.
This is just the second delivery of the 12 contracted with NASA.
