Mark your calendars for May 4, 5 & 6, 2012, for the largest, most exciting family event in central Texas. This will be a weekend of Flying, Fun, Formation, Fireworks, Pyrotechnics and non-stop action.

Mike “Spanky” Gallaway will set the Central Texas sky on fire with his Electrifying Extra 300 routine. You won’t want to miss the legendary air show and movie stunt pilot Corkey Fornof. Smoke and lights will leap into the darkening skies as Matt Younkin wows the crowd with his daring night routine. The show is not over until the fantastic fireworks high in the night time sky finally dim.

Journey through the corridors of time as aircraft from the past, present, and future take to the air. Watch and listen as the sights and sounds of WWII unfold before your eyes, starting with the Pearl Harbor reenactment by Tora, Tora, Tora. Feel the powerful vibrations from the engines of the World War II primary training aircraft, the P-51, B-25 Mitchell, A-26 Invader and B-17 Flying Fortress as they roar past.

Don’t miss the precision choreography of the largest ground reenactment in honor of our Vietnam Veterans, presented by the Texas Military Forces Museum at Camp Mabry and the Marine Aviation Museum in Houston, with aircraft including the A-1 Skyraider, the A-26 and the Huey helicopter.

Crowds of up to 30,000 people are expected for this three-day event. Purchase your discounted tickets in advance at your local H-E-B or order online at www.centraltexasairshow.com.
