(Waco) — Learn to create cookie bouquets and cake pops for Valentine’s Day with TSTC Culinary Arts Instructor Chef Kimberly Fehler from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11, at Collin Street Bakery, located on I-35 in Bellmead.
The free, two-hour demonstration will include the step-by-step processes of baking and icing cookies on sticks and arranging them in bouquets and baking, forming and candy-coating cake pops. TSTC culinary students will assist Chef Fehler with the demonstration and there will be a Q&A session afterwards.
This event is one of many live demonstrations planned at the bakery in conjunction with the partnership between TSTC’s Culinary Arts department and the world-famous Collin Street Bakery.
The event is free and open to the public.
