Michael Joseph Gilbert was sentenced Monday to eight years felony probation for causing the death of a friend.

Mr. Gilbert plead guilty to delivery of a controlled substance causing death.

The Tribune reports the 19 year old girl took anti anxiety medication while partying in 2007.
