WACO - A total of 139 properties have posted for foreclosure this april.

That number marks a 31% jump from the 106 postings for March, according to the foreclosure listing service.

Experts say the increase is directly related to the increase in unemployment.

Nationally, experts believe the number could reach over 3 million this year.

The McLennan properties are scheduled to be auctioned on the courthouse steps April 6.
