UNDATED — Prosecutors of two teens charged with killing a Clifton man want the two tried as adults.
The attorneys say the punishment as juveniles, doesn't fit the severity of the crime.
Clifton police found 57-year-old Arturo Chavez dead in a park from a single gunshot wound back in September.
The two juveniles will undergo psychological evaluations and background checks before the judge will decide how they are tried.
