FLORIDA - The Florida Highway Patrol says Tiger Woods has yet again canceled a meeting with state troopers for the third time.

However, Tiger Woods has made a statement about the crash.

On his website, he made a statement saying the crash was his fault and it has become an embarrassment for him and his family.

He says his wife acted courageously when she saw he was hurt and the "malicious rumors circulating are irresponsible."
