Parents sue Waco church school, Catholic Diocese of Austin, claiming their child was given overdose in daycare

The parents of a 3-year-old Waco girl who claim that their daughter was administered an overdose of medication at preschool are suing St. Francis School and the Catholic Diocese of Austin.
