Waco, Texas — Authorities have arrested a third suspect in connection to a string of Connally ISD break-ins.
Charles Carleton Shifflet was arrested Wednesday night in rural Limestone County.
The break ins happened on July 22 when Connally ISD Police Chief Ronnie Price said two white males and a white female broke into the Primary and Junior High School buildings between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. One man gained access into the school through a window. He then let the two other individuals in the school by propping the front door open with a rug. Police say the vandals walked through the halls, smashing glass and stealing electronics.
At this point, authorities say they've arrested all three suspects they believe were involved.
