Authorities searching for man who abducted, assaulted 14-year-old girl

Killeen Police have released a composite sketch of the person who abducted a 14-year-old girl on Monday.

The teen was at the intersection of 10th Street and Veteran’s Memorial Boulevard at around 11:00 a.m., when a black two-door sedan drove up next to her and asked her if she needed a ride. After the child said no, a man, who was driving, grabbed her and pulled her into the vehicle, then drove away from the area. The suspect assaulted the victim until she was unconscious. After the victim regained consciousness, she was pushed from the vehicle on FM 3219.

Witnesses say the suspected vehicle appeared to be a black Pontiac Grand Prix or Grand Am two-door. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, who is approximately 5’10”, and is said to have a large build and a large pot belly.
