WACO -- For a second year in a row Baylor is voted one of the top universities to work for in the country.

The Chronicle of Higher Education's 2012 Honor Roll included only 30, four-year universities and Baylor is one of them.

Out of a multitude of categories, Baylor received 11 honors, one of only two schools to achieve that.
