Baylor wide receiver Robbie Rhodes will not face possession of marijuana and tampering with evidence after being arrested early May.

After reviewing initial police reports, the McLennan Country District Attorney's office found Rhodes not guilty of the charges. Rhodes was pulled over by Waco police on May 2, when he failed to signal a proper lane change. Officers smelled marijuana coming from the car and found a small bag of the drug under the front seat. Rhodes tested negative for drugs before and after his arrest.
He will be a sophomore at Baylor this fall.
