BRUCEVILLE-EDDY -- A badly decomposed body found in a local wooded area last week has been identified through dental records.

35-year-old Kirk Kuykendall of Moody was reported missing on July 24.

His body was found Friday evening near a reservoir on Shady Shores Drive.

Authorities tell us the body has been confirmed as Kuykendall through DNA and dental records.

They are still waiting on a toxicology report.
