Bosqueville, TX — A Central Texas man is out on bond after being arrested again, this time for reportedly supplying drugs that led to a woman’s death.
David William Sirbasku, 49, was arrested by McLennan County Sheriff’s deputies last Thursday for the charge.
Sirbasku was arrested twice earlier this year on drug charges. The McLennan County Sheriff’s Office arrested Sirbasku, after raiding his Bosqueville home, located at 8465 Rock Creek Road, as they were searching for clues about a young woman who died inside his home.
Lauren Darby, 28, was found dead, after reportedly drowning in a bathtub in the home. Sirbasku was at home at the time of Darby’s death, and he was the one who called for help.
During the raid, officers discovered crystal meth, black tar heroin, heroin capsules, and drug paraphernalia. Sirbasku was arrested again that week when officers responded to the home and found Sirbasku and two other women with methamphetamine.
