COLLEGE STATION -- A Bryan man is caught stealing from a pay station machine in Northgate and police say this isn't his first time either.

48-year-old Cornelius Moore was arrested Monday for burglarizing a coin-operated machine after police spotted him with stolen money.

He was also arrested back in April for the same charge.
