A Bryan man found guilty of the Texas State bomb scare back in October has been sentenced to federal prison.

22-year-old Dereon Kelley was sentenced to 33 months behind bars and has also been ordered to pay a $300 dollar fine and more than $15,000 in restitution.

Kelley still faces charges connected to the Texas A&M bomb threat that caused a campus-wide evacuation just days after the Texas State bomb scare.
