COLLEGE STATION -- A College Station man upset by a neighbor's party is arrested after he allegedly tried to pose as a police officer to shut it down.

Britton Siegert was arrested over the weekend after he went to his neighbor's house off Commando Trail with a gun demanding that they quiet down while allegedly posing as a cop.

When the neighbors asked to see his badge number he later admitted he was lying.

Siegert was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm.
