COLLEGE STATION, TX — A watchful neighbor acts quickly and helps police catch a College Station burglar red-handed.

Police say they were called to the 400 block of Manuel Drive Monday morning after a neighbor heard someone breaking in next door.

When they arrived, a witness was able to lead police to a nearby apartment where they arrested Karl Rivas for burglary of a habitation.

Evidence found at the apartment allegedly linked Rivas to the crime.
