Another aggravated robbery in College Station and police believe it could be connected to a robbery from Sunday.

It happened in the 1300 block of Barthelow Drive Wednesday just several blocks away from where Sunday's robbery happened on Southwest Parkway and Anderson.

Police say a man was walking home when an unknown man approached from behind wearing a mask.

He demanded money at gunpoint and then ran away.

Investigators are now looking into the possibility the two are related.

"Because of the similarities, it's certainly something that the detectives assigned to the case will look at and we'll be speaking with other agencies as well just because it's something that's occurred here in College Station doesn't mean that's the first time they've struck so we continually talk with other agencies and investigators," said Lt. Chuck Fleeger.

Police say in both cases the robber was about five-foot- ten with a slender build.

He was last seen wearing dark clothing, a mask and gloves.

Police say he is considered armed and dangerous.

If you have any info regarding either robbery, you're asked to call the College Station Police Department or Crime Stoppers.
