We've all accidentally pocket dialed at least one person before and that's exactly what David Norris and and Kyle Bading did Sunday afternoon.

But it's who they called that landed the pair in jail.

"Our officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Navarro regarding a 911 call from a cell phone," said public information officer, Patricia Logan.

As protocol goes with any open line call, officers responded to 255 Navarro but they never found an emergency. Instead officers determined the 911 call was an accident.

"Someone at the residence had pocket dialed 911 while smoking marijuana and people could be heard talking about smoking marijuana," Logan said.

Officers were able to obtain a search warrant of the townhome. They found: 29 grams of cocaine, 5.3 grams of hashish oil, 2.7 ounces of marijuana and over $4000 in cash.

The two were arrested and it's all because they unknowingly called 911 on themselves.

Norris is facing two counts of manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance in a drug free zone and possession of marijuana while Bading is only facing possession charges.
