Feds question NETX man in connection with laced letters sent to NYC Mayor Bloomberg, President Obama
New Boston, TX (Longview News-Journal) — Federal officials, including the FBI, are questioning a Northeast Texas man in connection with poison-laced letters sent to New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Mayors Against Illegal Guns and President Barack Obama, KSLA-TV in Shreveport reports.
The station said agents were seen Thursday night taking items from a home in New Boston, where the man lives with his wife and five children.
According to CBS News, the New Boston man is not under arrest, but he has been questioned in connection with the letters.
