MCLENNAN COUNTY -- Four McLennan County people have been indicted for illegal horse gambling.

53-year-old Carol Allen, 54-year-old William Wareham, 42-year-old Marcos Ibanez, and 60-year-old Nicholas Jaimes all face a third degree felony charge for racing without a license.

The charges stem from an undercover investigation on illegal betting at the unlicensed horse track near Elm Mott.

The four were arrested back in May.
