GRIMES COUNTY -- The man accused of shooting and killing his neighbor during a fight over property lines is finally in custody.

Grimes County authorities tell us that after an extensive search, both on the ground and in the air, 57-year-old James Allen Bundage was found hiding in the woods late last night less than a mile and a half away from the crime scene off County Road 359, just west of Plantersville.

We're told he was taken into custody without incident.

Bundage is accused of shooting his neighbor, Patrick McHale, outside McHale's barn over an argument about their property lines.
