Grimes County man indicted on capital murder charges

The Grimes County man accused of shooting his neighbor to death over an argument has been indicted.

James Allen Bundage has been indicted on capital murder charges for the September 24th shooting of his neighbor, Patrick McHale.

According to police, Bundage and McHale allegedly had an argument earlier in the day and when Bundage returned to McHale's property he was armed with a gun.

Bundage could spend the rest of his life behind bars if found guilty.
