Speegleville, TX — The Hog Creek Icehouse will have new owners this summer and their plans are to make the popular event building a new casual, Christian community center.
The current owners have had the place since 2003.
They are selling the well-known venue to a church group who will hold Christian concerts and services there.
The 8,000 square-foot building on N. Highway 6 in Speegleville has primarily been used as a music venue and reception area for various engagements ranging from weddings to fundraisers.
The two-story building will reportedly still keep its rustic, Texan look.
