Fort Hood, TX — The date is set and now it appears the team of jurors is set for the court martial of accused Fort Hood shooter Major Nidal Hasan.
The final three jurors were picked Tuesday morning in a Fort Hood courtroom.
The addition to the prior ten selected makes the total the mandated number of 13.
One potential juror was unanimously dismissed when he said he opposed the death penalty due to religious reasons. Only a unanimous jury can determine that fate.
Hasan, who has admitted guilt, is accused of going on a deadly shooting rampage back on November 5, 2009.
The trial is set to begin on August 6.
