Jury finds Killeen man guilty of murder
Bell County, tx — A Bell County jury found a Killeen man guilty of murder on Wednesday.
John Stanton Beasley, 23, went on trial this week for the April 2012 killings of two passengers in his vehicle, following a police chase.
Beasley and three others reportedly fled police in Killeen after an incident occurred at a pawn shop on Fort Hood Street. Police say Beasley was driving erratic through downtown Killeen when his Chevy Tahoe slammed into a utility pole. Two of his passengers died from their injuries.
