Killeen Police looking for man involved in December club shooting

Killeen Police are currently investigating an aggravated assault that happened in December.

It happened around 4:00 a.m. in the 100 block of W. Veterans Memorial Boulevard on Sunday, December 15, 2013.

Police were called the scene in reference to a fight involving weapons.

Witnesses told officers that a black male known as "V" or Vic had caused a disturbance inside the club and had been escorted out of the home when he made threats to shoot someone.

A short time later, the manager came out of the club and "V" was found standing in the roadway on Veteran Memorial Boulevard. When he saw the manager, "V" pulled out a gun and shot at him. The manager then took cover and returned fire.

"V" then ran from the area on foot northbound on 2nd Street.

Officers were unable to locate him

"V" is described as being 5 feet 8 inches and 5 fee 10 inches tall. He weighs 190 pounds and was last seen wewaring a grey and white Yankees ball cap, a white tank top, and light colored jeans.

He is also known to drive a blue Mercedes and a yellow Dodge Charger.

Detectives are asking that anyone with any information call Crime Stoppers at 526-TIPS.
