BRAZOS COUNTY -- The 27-year-old man accused of killing his brother back in March in Brazos County has now been indicted by a grand jury.

Kyle Wischnewsky is charged with capital murder.

He reportedly shot his brother, 43-year-old Clifford Wischnewsky, twice in the head and then left him for dead on a private drive off Texas 21 near Kurten.

Investigators say Wischnewsky lured his brother to the remote area in order to rob him of his money and truck.
