COLLEGE STATION -- Talk about bad timing. While College Station police were looking for people randomly knocking on people's doors at the Southgate apartment complex, they ran into a man caught red-handed with PCP and marijuana.

Police say the found 34-year-old Eric Phillips as they were searching for the several people accused of knocking on tenant's doors.

While searching Phillips for weapons, an officer found a baggie of marijuana, a partially smoked joint and a vial of PCP.
