WACO -- It's a situation you hope would never happen to you.
Intimate moments recorded by a spouse, only to be sent out to more than 300 people after getting a divorce.
Robert Martin, 35, was arrested and bonded out Wednesday after mass texting explicit photos of his ex-wife to hundreds of people including her 14 and 17-year old sons.
Police tell us she was under the impression they had been deleted.
Once she and her family came forward to police, Martin was arrested for harassment.
"When he emails them to other contacts that weren't privy to what she thought was a private moment, and they got these pictures and was offended by them, then it does become a crime," Sgt. Patrick Swanton with the Waco Police Department said.
Police caution that this type of messaging between two consenting adults is not illegal, but if "sexting" occurs between teens, they could be charged with possession of child pornography.
