Waco — A Morgan Mill man is behind bars for allegedly stealing more than $10,000.

Waco area officials arrested Robert Dale Clark, 32, for creating fake invoices and receiving checks for cattle that he was not delivering to H&B Packing.

H&B filed a report on March 2 alleging Clark was taking money from their business.

Investigators were able to determine Clark had in fact not been delivering on his end of the deal and was taken into custody by the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office.
