NAVASOTA, Tx (KYLE) — A Navasota man is facing serious charges after authorities say he shot at them during a police standoff Saturday.
30-year-old Kenneth Griggs is charged with aggravated assault on a public servant, making a terroristic threat and assault family violence.
We're told it all began when police were called to his house following a domestic abuse report.
When officers arrived Griggs barricaded himself inside his house and then reportedly fired two shots at police. Eventually Griggs surrendered after talking to police on the phone.
No one was injured.
