Police in Orange, Texas are investigating an incident involving an off-duty police officer who alledgedly killed a man.
The incident happened Monday afternoon outside an auto parts store in Orange.
28-year-old James Whitehead was shot and killed.
The officer has been identified as Captain Robert Arnold.
Arnold has been put on administrative leave.
