Owner of popular park, a Baylor football player and his brother all charged with aggravated assault

The owner of a popular wakeboarding park, and a Baylor football player, along with his brother were arrested after being accused of of brutally beating a man.

Stuart Parsons, Ryan Kyle and freshman outside linebacker Jacob Kyle, were arrested Friday evening after they allegedly beat a man.

According to records, the victim,Toby McCarver was with friends at BSR Park when Parsons showed up and demanded information about who they were with.

McCarver told investigators, he had been friends with Parsons for years, but when he arrived, he was so drunk he didn't recognize his friend. The two got into an argument until they were separated.

Parsons and both Kyle brothers, then later attacked and started beating the victim.
McCarver suffered a broken jaw,nose a lacerated ear.

The three were taken to McLennan County Jail.
